Heating Roll

Feature	Roll with 10~30μm thickness of Fluorocarbon polymer coating on aluminum plate and metal core. Heated Roll is excellent in heat resistance, and suitable for Fluorocarbon polymer because its structured with halogen lamp inside able to transmit 160-210℃ of surface temperature and adhesive of melted toner. At coating fluorocarbon was combined among PFA resin which is superior in surface smooth characteristic and mold release characteristic, the PTFE resin which is superior in heat resistance. In additional with combination of PTFE and PFA which increase conductivity and durability.
